At SHOEXYOE, we aim to provide fair and transparent return and refund procedures.

1. Return Conditions

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Clearance or discounted final-sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items related to personal hygiene once opened

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return request, please email info@shoexyoe.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived defective.

4. Refund Handling

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
